1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Noxint (“the Service”), operated by Asymmetry Horizon, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our web application, Telegram bot, and any associated interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Service

Noxint is an AI-powered cryptocurrency market analysis platform that provides informational and educational content. The Service uses third-party AI models and data providers to generate analysis of publicly available market data including prices, derivatives, orderflow, funding rates, liquidations, open interest, and news.

The Service is an information tool. Noxint is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, dealer, financial planner, investment adviser, financial institution, or fiduciary of any kind. The Service does not facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of any financial instruments.

4. Not Financial Advice

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TRADING, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE.

All content generated by the Service — including analysis, commentary, market reads, key levels, targets, invalidation points, and any output from AI agents — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes, or should be construed as, a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, derivative, or financial instrument.

We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. We are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), or any other financial regulatory authority in any jurisdiction. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service.

You should not interpret any AI-generated output as personalized advice tailored to your financial situation. Any trading or investment decisions you make are solely your own responsibility. You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions.

5. AI-Generated Content

All analysis produced by the Service is generated by third-party artificial intelligence models. Due to the inherent limitations of AI and machine learning technology:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading — even when they appear detailed, specific, or confident.
  • AI-generated content does not represent the views of Noxint, its founders, or its affiliates.
  • We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
  • Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

You should not rely on any AI-generated output as a sole source of truth or factual information. Always independently verify information before acting on it.

6. Assumption of Risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, speculative, and unpredictable. By using the Service, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:

  • You can lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • Past performance of any analysis, prediction, or market indicator does not guarantee future results.
  • You bear sole responsibility for any trading or investment decisions you make, regardless of any analysis provided by the Service.
  • You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.

NOXINT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL GAINS OR LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE OR ACTING ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS.

7. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest with limited functionality or create an account for full access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use another person's account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

8. Usage Limits and Credits

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Usage is subject to daily message limits, rate limits, and concurrent session caps. Free accounts receive a limited allocation of credits. We may adjust limits at any time.

Credits consumed by AI analysis are non-refundable. Guest users are subject to stricter limits. Abuse of guest access (including circumvention of limits via multiple sessions) may result in IP-based restrictions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for market manipulation, wash trading, or any illegal activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
  • Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access the Service without prior written permission
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other security measures
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially republish AI-generated outputs without prior written permission
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Noxint. AI-generated analysis outputs are provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed commercially without permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI model providers, data providers, and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the performance, accuracy, data handling, or availability of any third-party service. Third-party outages or data errors may affect the Service without notice.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR COMPLETE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOXINT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF INVESTMENTS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND THAT NOXINT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH ANALYSIS WAS ACCURATE OR INACCURATE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noxint, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

15. International Users

Noxint is not registered, licensed, or authorized as a financial services provider in any jurisdiction. The availability of the Service does not constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. Cryptocurrency regulations vary by country, and some jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the use of cryptocurrency analysis services.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may bring claims in small claims court if your claim qualifies.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
